Throughout his career, Raj has served in various key roles with health systems, including Physician Advisor, Interim CMIO, Executive Consultant, Medical Director, Advisory Board Member, Project Manager, and Engagement Manager. His versatile expertise allows him to provide invaluable insights and guidance across a wide range of healthcare initiatives.

In his recent engagements, Raj has served as a program advisor and executive consultant for clinical and business systems implementations across five academic and community health systems with over $12 billion in revenue. He plays a critical role in supporting health systems throughout the implementation cycle, from pre-implementation planning to operational readiness, governance structure development, enterprise systems selection, implementation oversight, change management, and long-term sustainability planning.
