Joseph began working with Infinity Healthcare Solutions, LLC in October 2016 as a project manager and now serves as Senior Director for Workforce Management - Strategy & Technology. Joseph contributes to a team of talented professionals, with responsibility for delivering high-impact insights and recommendations to client executive leaders, acting as a trusted advisor and influencer.
Prior to joining Infinity, Joseph spent over 20 years in various positions in for profit, non-profit, and public healthcare settings, including finance, operations, and consulting. He is considered by many of his peers as a subject matter expert in healthcare labor expense cost containment and workforce optimization.
In 1992, Joseph began his education at the United States Air Force Academy, as an active-duty cadet with aspirations of flying military jets as an officer in the U.S. Air Force. He eventually completed both his bachelor’s degree in psychology and his master’s degree in public healthcare administration from Texas Tech University in Lubbock, Texas. He previously held certifications as a Certified Healthcare Financial Professional (HFMA - CHFP) and a Certified Procedural Coder (AAPC - CPC).
Joseph enjoys spending time with his partner Pier and dog Marshall, doing as many different and varied outdoor activities, given that they both have empty nests recently vacated at home.
